Follow below for a step-by-step process on how to order a custom style box! Whether you choose to add in some From the Rack items, or wish for all new pieces, we're here to style you according to your Pinterest fashion dreams!

1. Curate Your Style
Spend some time scrolling on Pinterest through different styles you love—whether it’s cottagecore, grunge, or any other aesthetic that makes your heart flutter. Feel free to pin everything that catches your eye, from flat lays and Insta outfit inspo to accessories and more.
The more frequently an item appears on your board, the more it will stand out to us when selecting pieces. You can focus on a specific upcoming occasion or a seasonal wardrobe refresh. 2. Choose Your Box Size

3. Fill Out The Questionnaire Form
Here, you’ll share all your sizing details, preferred fits, favorite colors, and more! You’ll also get to see the many box sizes we offer—Micro, Mini, Midi, Maxi, and Accessorize—along with how many secondhand goodies come in each.
Please fill out this form as detailed as possible. We know taking your own measurements can be a bit of a hassle, but trust us, it makes sourcing so much easier!
This step is all about making sure your custom style box is packed with pieces that match your unique style and preferences. So, have fun and your Pinterest dreams become closet realities. Be sure to send us an email or message on socials when you've completed the form!

4. Sourcing
Get ready for everyone's favorite step—sourcing! We hunt down each treasure for your style box right here in local thrift stores, antique shops, and even garage sales (when it's warm enough). Depending on your Pinterest board inspo, this process can take anywhere from 4 - 8 weeks. Just a heads up: we're not doing swaps or exchanges at the moment, but trust us, the wait will be worth it!

5. Shipping & Payment
The last step involves shipping and payment. Currently, we accept payments through our website, Venmo, and CashApp, but for designated locals, square and cash will work as well. Once your payment is confirmed, your box will be shipped within 2 - 3 business days! Please note that we take our process seriously, so any cancellations may result in being blocked and flagged. Once you've received your box, we will share a reveal post on our social media!
Style Box FAQ
Can I request specific brands?
Yes, you can leave specific brand requests in the style box form! However, please keep in mind that availability is limited depending on the season and our local stores. Some brands may be harder to find, which could extend your processing time, but we’ll do our best to accommodate your preferences!
Can I exchange box items if they don't fit or I don't like them?
Currently, we do not offer exchanges for style box items. To help us curate the perfect box for you, we recommend thoroughly filling out our questionnaire form with accurate sizes, measurements, and details about colors and prints you like or dislike. The more specific, the better!
Are boxes a subscription service?
Style boxes are not a subscription service, but you can order them as often as you'd like! It’s just like a subscription, but without the commitment—order whenever you're ready for a fresh wardrobe. In addition, we do not offer price adjustments for multiple bundles due to the time and effort that goes into sourcing each individual piece.
Do you offer a shipping discount of style boxes?
Currently, we do not offer shipping discounts on style boxes or book bundles. Shipping discounts only apply to items purchased from the rack. Each style box and book bundle is carefully curated, and shipping rates reflect the care and effort put into crafting these personalized collections.
