Thank you so much for ordering with us! We’re here to make sure your secondhand gems get to you safe and sound. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Processing Time:
We hustle to get your order out the door! Expect your finds to be processed within 2 - 3 business days (excluding weekends, vacations, and holidays). You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking info once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, and you’ll see the rates before you hit that “place order” button. Standard shipping takes about 5-7 business days, but if you are in a hurry to get your new pieces, we offer expedited shipping too!

Free Shipping:

Orders over $60 that consist of From the Rack items only qualify for free shipping. Free shipping is NOT offered for book bundles and style boxes.

Where We Ship:

We currently ship all throughout the United States! As of right now, we do NOT offer International shipping.

Track Your Treasure:
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your thrifted treasure every step of the way.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
Oh no! If your package goes missing along the way, we recommend filing a missing package report with the carrier. Unfortunately, once your order leaves our hands, we ARE NOT responsible for lost items, but we’re always here to help point you in the right direction. We pack with care, but we can’t control what happens during shipping. If your items arrive damaged, please reach out to the carrier to file a claim or visit our return and refund policy.

Shipping Delays:
Sometimes life throws us curveballs (like rough weather!), but don’t worry—we’ll let you know if your order is running behind.
