At Grace Thrifts, we take pride in offering unique, pre-loved items. Please note that ALL of our products are pre-owned, meaning they may show signs of wear and are not in brand-new condition.

No Refunds:
Due to the nature of thrifted goods, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final.

Exchanges for Store Credit:
If you find significant damage on an item that was not disclosed at the time of purchase, you may be eligible for an exchange of store credit. To request an exchange for store credit, you must contact us within 10 DAYS of receiving your item. We will assess the condition and, if approved, provide store credit for a future purchase.

Conditions for Exchange Approval:

• Items must be in the same condition as when purchased, without additional wear or damage.
• The exchange request must be made within 10 DAYS of purchase.
• All accessories and tags (for brand new items) must be included/attached.

We reserve the right to approve or deny any exchange requests based on the condition of the item and the details of the claim.
