How The Obsession Began

Growing up, I was never one for mall shopping. I couldn’t fathom spending $70 on a pair of jeans or $40 on a t-shirt that half my class already owned. High school brought its own challenges—I moved a lot, dealt with stress, and, let’s be real, indulged in my fair share of chips and salsa. Needless to say, I was gaining weight and would spend an hour trying to get dressed, because nothing ever fit right.

That’s when I discovered the magic of secondhand fashion. I loved visiting thrift shops locally or on vacation and I was always told I had an eye for finding the best pieces. Eventually, it became a hobby—a passion.

I started Grace Thrifts with a mission: to help young women (and men) feel confident in their bodies through the clothes they wear. Everyone deserves to find their own style, to express themselves confidently through fashion and accessories.
